Returns

You may have noticed from elsewhere on our site that we pride ourselves on our customer service. This of course includes returns and we are more than happy to offer a full refund for any items returned within 28 days of delivery. Also, if you are purchasing an item as a gift (for example Christmas or a Birthday), please let us know the date of that event and we will happily extend our returns window (within reason!) so you can return the item for exchange or refund after that event.

Item(s) must of course be

Unused and in new condition
Have all tags and hygiene strips in place (we would recommend un-pinning the information tag whilst you try it on to avoid damaging the label, but please remember to replace it if you wish to return the item)
In the original packaging
Have been tried on wearing underwear
Clean and free of odors

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, just let us know with your return and we will send out the requested replacement free of charge (stock permitting)
